Service Terms and Conditions for Intrinsic Analyst Premium Members
1. The research report is provided under three main heads viz.
- Qualitative Fundamental Analysis
- Quantitative Fundamental Analysis
- Calculation of Intrinsic Value of the Company.
Qualitative fundamental analysis presents in-depth study about the sector in which the company operates, the opportunities, threats for the company, assessing the management for its ability towards strengthening the company’s business and execution of ongoing expansion projects, the current revenue verticals of the company and the future visibility of the sector in which the company operates.
Quantitative fundamental analysis tries to evaluate the company’s financial health, its operating efficiency and its profitability based in past six years of financial data.
Calculation of Intrinsic value is based on past 10 years of financial data. This is calculated with very conservative outlook on the company’s future performance. The Intrinsic value per share thus calculated is valid till next financial year report is published or any fundamental change occurs in the company including corporate actions resulting in change in number of outstanding shares.
2. The research report will be provided in pdf format on email to the client.
3. The buy/sell calls along with the price and amount to be invested (as a percentage of capital) will be provided on Whatsapp/Telegram.
4. The client has to take action on the buy/sell call and report back with entry price and quantity for updating of the client records at our end.
5. The subscription will be for a period of 1 year. Minimum 60 and max 80 reports will be provided during the subscription period of 1 year (This is because research on some companies might take longer than anticipated). In case due to unforeseen reasons min. 60 reports are not provided within 1 year, then the subscription period will be extended till such time that the client receives minimum promised 60 reports. The client is charged based on the number of reports that are provided and not based on the calls provided.
6. We will give a buy call only if a company is financially sound and is trading below Intrinsic Value. In other words, this means, every report may not lead to a buy call.
7. The Research Analyst can not promise assured positive future performance of the company or its stock.
8. Any dispute arising out of this contract shall be subject to Irinjalakuda, Thrissur Jurisdiction.
